Mr Tim Akano can be best described as multifaceted and multidimensional. He is an investor, entrepreneur, author, mentor, philanthropist, career coach and highly sought Public Speaker. He is the Founder/CEO of New Horizons Nigeria, the largest Nigerian ICT training institute and a franchisee of New Horizons International, the world’s Number one ICT training institute with a Head office in California and offices in 90 countries of the world; Chairman, WiniGroup Inc, a leading Cyber security solutions company, and the Chairman of Knowledge Hub 365, an education platform, and the President of One Africa Initiatives, an NGO dedicated to Africa’s transformation, with a membership strength from over 13 countries of the world.
Tim Akano is on the Board of over a dozen institutions. He is a Board member and Fellow of the Courier, Logistics and Management Institute, (CLMI). Board member, Gaskia media limited, The Nigeria-American Chamber of commerce (NACC).
He is an alumnus of prestigious institutions worldwide: Obafemi Awolowo (then University of Ife), where he studied from 1983 to 1987 and was awarded a B.Sc. (Hons) in International Relations, Lagos Business School (2002), WITS University, Johannesburg, South Africa (2003), International Institute for Management Development, IMD, Geneva, Switzerland (2005).
For close to two decades, he worked with national and multinational corporations like Unilever (1987-1988), DEBIS Computers (1988-1990), Dunlop (1990-1995), Nigerian Bottling Company, NBC (1996-2005) in multiple positions across Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, Media Relations, Supply Chain Management, Production and General Management.
Within this period, he quickly rose through the ranks from being a commercial attache to becoming a Senior Executive Manager for NBC and he won several awards in the process. As an NBC Plant Manager in Ilorin, he won the 2001 North America & West Africa Division President’s Award in the Silver category, was responsible for generating sales revenue of over N30 Billion for NBC Lagos/North Division and was selected as one of Coca-Cola’s 50 “Future world Leaders”.
Today, he is one of the most celebrated icons of youth and IT development in Nigeria and Africa. 

Hadiza Ali-Dagabana

holds an LLB from Bayero University, Kano, a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Tax Law from Robert Kennedy College, Delemont Switzerland. She is also an alumnus of J. F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA. She was Departmental Liaison Officer and later Head of Anti-Corruption and Due Process in the Bureau of Public Enterprises. She transferred her skills to Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp) and was seconded to Nigerian Telecommunications Company (NITEL) as Secretary/Legal Adviser. She joined the National Identity Management Commission in 2008 under the Coalition 4 Change Program (Accountability Issue Based Project of the DFID) to set up the Regulatory and Compliance Unit. She is a European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) certified Data Protection Officer. She has served in different capacities at the NIMC such as project manager for the Diaspora enrolment, team lead for front end enrolment services, member World Bank project preparatory team and represent the NIMC on the NFIU, Cybercrime Advisory Council, leading the NIS & JAMB collaborations amongst many other special assignments. She has over 29 years experience in legal practice and enjoys membership of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and Federation of Women Lawyers. Hadiza is currently the Director, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Services and also the Secretary of the Commission 

Dr. Wunmi Hassan

 is a computer scientist she is the President CEO – High Tech Centre for Nigerian Women and Youths The founder and National coordinator of the Women and Youths IT capacity Building Centre with expertise in development for nation building. Interventions and innovation. Dr. (Mrs.) Wunmi Hassan President/CEO – National Coordinator Dr. (Mrs.) Omowunmi HASSAN is an IT professional per excellence. She evaluated the Nigeria’s Information Technology Policy of 2001 in her PhD research with her results as a major input to the reform and convergence of the major ICT institutions in the country, thereby culminating into an Communications Technology Ministry in Nigeria today.
